The current annual Alliance budget is $2.2 million annually.

Supports Alliance staff and infrastructure.
Supports immunization registry usage to improve inoculation rates and appropriate inoculations for children and adults through a variety of components including reminder/recall, education and electronic access and interchange.


Supports training and education programs.
Supports testing of mobile, ubiquitous, context-sensitive computing (anytime, anywhere health care delivery) through the University of Illinois at Chicago grant on CSE/Information and Intelligent Systems.
Supports early-stage EHRS implementation.
Supports smoking cessation activities.
The Health Resources and Services Administration's Bureau of Primary Health Care supports EHRS construction and implementation, and human resources/EHRS skills training.
Illinois Maternal and Child Health Coalition – Illinois Department of Public Health funding obtained through the Illinois Maternal and Child Health Coalition as part of a Chicago Area Immunization Coalition (CAIC) initiative.
