American Medical Association (AMA)
Partners in a project to integrate the AMA's nationally recognized, evidence-based diabetes and other performance measures into the EHRS and retrieve data for CQI. 
Community Health Access Network (CHAN)
An Alliance-like network that has implemented an EHRS throughout its
New Hampshire clinics.  CHAN consults on the Alliance's EHRS process.
HIVQUAL
A national CQI program for health centers providing HIV/AIDS care.
Similar premise to the Health Disparities Collaboratives.
Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH)
Partners in a diabetes management project. 
Illinois Primary Health Care Association (IPHCA)
Works with the Alliance in spreading EHRS strategies and
solutions to other Illinois community clinics.
Health Disparities Collaboratives (HDC)
A national CQI program.  Alliance members participate in diabetes and depression groups,
assessing the care they provide against clinics nationwide, and making improvements as needed.

  The Alliance has partnered with the Lesbian Community Cancer Project to offer a cultural competency curriculum         addressing health care concerns and barriers for the LGBT community.
