EHRS User Community

The ultimate goal of the Alliance and participating Health Centers is the establishment of a sustainable Electronic Health Record System (EHRS) user community focused on the optimization of use of HIT for quality. To date, in addition to the four founding member health centers (Erie Family Health Center, Heartland Health Outreach, Howard Brown Health Center, and Near North Health Service Corporation), more than 25 health centers are now live on the centrally hosted EHRS (See Electronic Health Record System in Initiatives section).

The Alliance EHRS User Community is vast and ever growing:
• Supporting more than 250,000 patients
• Used by more than 300 practitioners and an estimated 1,000 concurrent EHRS users
• More than 87 delivery sites
• More than 25 Health Centers
• Across the nation in eight states
