The Alliance shares expertise and experience through provision of technical assistance and consulting services. Subject areas in include all aspects of EHR implementation from planning and goal setting through optimization of use, enhancements and reporting. Alliance staff includes GE certified implementation specialists who add special understanding and experience relevant to Community Health Centers. Implementation support is available to Health Centers and Networks outside the Alliance EHR user community. Beyond EMR, the Alliance provides assistance in organizational development, change management, strategic planning and general performance improvement.
