Alliance of Chicago to host CPS 10.0 Implementation Planning & Training Workshop

The Alliance of Chicago is pleased to announce that we will be hosting a workshop for community health centers on the implementation planning & training for the upgrade to Centricity Practice Solution version 10.0 on July 26-28, 2011. We invite all health centers to send representatives. Our intent is to develop a network-wide implementation approach, with key health center staff fully understanding the new functionality and workflow implications for this product.
The Agenda for this session is still being finalized, but we are planning to include sessions such as: 

  • CPS 10.0 Functionality Training
  • CPS 10.0 Setup Features Training
  • Meaningful Use - Clinical Content and Reporting Tools
  • Practice Management Functionality and ANSI 5010
  • Planning for the upgrade - User Training
  • Managing Interfaces
  • Workflow Assessment & CPS 10.0 Functionality 
  • ePrescribing & CPS 10.0
  • Testing for the Upgrade
  • Go-Live Support Plan and Implementation Planning

Registration is now closed. 
 
Due to increased interest in attending the workshop, we have relocated the workshop to the Northwestern University campus and unfortunately are unable to offer remote virtual access. 
 
The costs for the CPS 10.0 Implementation Planning & Training workshop are:

  • One person from each Alliance User Community sites can attend at no cost
  • $150 per person for each additional Alliance User Community member
  • $250 per person for each non-Alliance User Community member (i.e. non-hosted)

Attendees will be responsible for their own travel and lodging costs. The Alliance of Chicago will be sending a list of local hotels and approximate room rates for those traveling from locations outside of the Chicagoland region.
